The moment I arrived, the place felt inviting with its clean vibe, and the room had this stunning view of the mountains that really made my day. I enjoyed unwinding by the pool after a long workday, and the bar by the lobby was a perfect spot to grab a drink. The only hiccup was some confusion around the parking garage, but it didn't take away from my overall good experience. 😊

we had a great stay at sheraton. the king room was spacious and cozy. the bathroom had all the amenities we needed. the check-in process was fun, thanks to taneisha at the front desk, who made our anniversary special. we enjoyed the indoor pool too, a nice touch!

my experience was pretty bad at first because they overbooked and gave our room away. but on a good note, the staff attitude was friendly and helpful. i loved the spacious lobby (really open and welcoming). and the hot tub was a big plus.

We had a lovely stay with our small dog. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby hiking trails at Harriman State Park, where we enjoyed some beautiful nature walks as a family, creating unforgettable memories together.

My kids wished there were better accessibility features. A ramp at the entrance would make it easier for families with strollers or little ones.

The cleanliness of the facilities really stood out, ensuring a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, there was a major issue with the reservation system, leading to a frustrating overbooking experience that marred the visit somewhat.

The hotel has really comfy rooms with a flat-screen TV, fridge, and a coffee maker. I enjoyed the quiet street view and the spacious private bathroom had nice toiletries. The gym was fantastic, and I appreciated the clean facilities. Breakfast was a treat, especially the buffet with lots of choices.

The udon soup near the hotel was a lifesaver, bursting with flavor! Plus, the delicious buffet breakfast had an awesome variety, and the staff were super helpful. They made our stay all the better!

Now, about that queen room—walking in felt like stepping into a portal, and the windows were so small. I mean, whoever designed it must’ve had a twisted sense of space.

We had the best time celebrating our 20th anniversary! The view from our queen room on the 17th floor was stunning, and the staff was super nice—shoutout to the friendly girl at the front desk who wished us happy anniversary & added breakfast for two! Just wish the gym had more equipment.
